Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Plus or Premium subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep full access to your existing data and can continue using all Free tier features. Nothing is deleted. You can also export your data at any time while on a paid plan.
Do I need Plus for caregiver sync?
No. Free accounts include real-time sync for up to 2 caregivers per child, so both parents can see updates instantly. Plus and Premium unlock unlimited caregivers for grandparents, nannies, and other family members.
